Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 (QAA) is the Accommodation Service Provider for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

Can I book direct? Why do I need to make a booking via Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 (QAA)?

The largest variety of accommodation options in Qatar will be available via the Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 platform, including accommodation solutions that you will not be able to find through other channels, such as cruise ship hotels and fan villages. However, you may choose to book elsewhere.

Do I need a Visa to travel to Qatar?

All international fans will need a Hayya Card to enter the State of Qatar during the tournament.

Can I register to receive updates on accommodation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™?

Can I book accommodation and tickets together for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™?

Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 only offers accommodation. Tickets must be purchased separately via FIFA.com/tickets.

Packages with accommodation, match tickets, and hospitality can be purchased through Match Hospitality. Qatar Airways offer packages for flights, accommodation and match tickets, and Dalian Wanda (for China residents) offer accommodation and match ticket packages.

Can I book accommodation without a ticket?

At this time QAA is prioritising accommodation sales to match ticket holders. To book accommodation you will need your Ticket Application Number to confirm your booking.

Booking Process

Why is my Ticket Application Number not being accepted?

Your Ticket Application Number may not be ready for validation yet via the accommodation booking portal if it is a recent ticket allocation. If you are not able to validate your Ticket Application Number within 48 hours of receiving it, please contact us. Please do ensure that you are using a valid Ticket Application Number, provided by FIFA Ticketing directly, and that you have already made payment for your tickets.

What is the booking process?

Once you have completed your accommodation booking, the next step is to complete your Hayya Card application.

How many rooms can I book online?

The maximum number of rooms bookable online is 9 per day. For any accommodation requests of 10 rooms or more, please contact Qatar Accommodation Agency sales team.

What is the maximum amount of people allowed in my accommodation?

Apartments and villas: The maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2 adults.

Cruise ship hotels: The maximum occupancy for cruise ship hotels is indicated per cabin type.

Fan villages: The maximum occupancy is two per cabin, and maximum occupancy for tents will vary depending on tent size booked.

Hotels: The maximum occupancy for hotels varies per hotel and detailed information can be found on the hotel's website.

Note: In all accommodation types with the exception of hotels and holiday homes, one infant does not count towards the maximum occupancy, so a couple travelling with one infant under the age of 3 at the time of check-in, can reserve a unit with maximum occupancy for 2 adults.

Is there a minimum night stay?

Yes, there are minimum night booking requirements at different stages of the tournament.

What happens once I have made my accommodation booking?

You will receive a booking number and confirmation email that verifies your booking has been completed. Closer to the event you will receive your e-voucher and specific guidance regarding your booking, including the check-in and check-out process. Please contact us if you have any further queries.

How will I receive my e-voucher?

The e-voucher will be available via your online account closer to the event and you will be notified by e-mail as soon as the document is available.

Do I need to create an account on the website to make a booking?

Yes. By creating an account, you will be able to book your accommodation and manage your reservation online.

Why do I need to provide all guest details at the time of booking?

The guest data required during the booking process is a general requirement of any visitors entering the State of Qatar.

I have a disability. Can I book an accessible room?

Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 would like to ensure that accessible rooms are made available to visitors who require one. Please contact us if you require an accessible room and one of our dedicated team members will assist you.

How can I request a baby cot?

A baby cot can be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability. Please note that there is a maximum of 1 baby cot per apartment or villa, fan village and cruise ship hotel cabin.

How can I request an extra bed in the room?

Apartments and villas: It is not possible to add an extra bed to the unit, with the exception of 1 baby cot which must be requested at the time of booking and will be subject to availability.

Cruise ship hotels: No extra beds can be added to the cabins. We offer many different cabin types with varying bed configurations to suit your requirements.

Fan Villages: No extra beds can be added to the cabins.

Hotels: Please contact us to request an additional bed.

Is it possible to book just one room in an apartment or villa instead of the whole unit?

Currently, all apartments or villas need to be booked as an entire unit. If you are looking for something smaller then there are many options for studios and one-bedroom apartments.

What is the difference between holiday homes and apartments & villas?

Holiday homes are private rentals and managed by the owner/ operator. Apartments and villas are contracted by the host country and are managed by an appointed hospitality service provider.

What is the process for making special requests with regards to my accommodation?

Only requests for nearby rooms and baby cots can be made at the time of booking via the website and will be subject to availability. We regret that we are unable to accept or confirm any other special requests.

Will the room rates include meals?

Apartments and villas are room/ unit only and do not include meals.

Cruise ship hotels are available to be booked with breakfast included or full board basis.

Fan villages are cabin only and do not include meals.

Currently, the Hotels booked via Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 are room only and do not include meals.

Do the rates include breakfast?

Apartments and villas have fully equipped kitchens and are self-catering. Breakfast is not included. Cruise ship hotels are sold on different board basis with breakfast included as a minimum. Fan Village cabins rates do not include breakfast. Hotels booked via Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 do not include breakfast. Please contact us if you have any questions about the inclusions in your booking made via Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022.

Do the rates include all taxes and services charges?

Currently no tax or service charge applies on accommodation in the State of Qatar. Hence room/ unit/ cabin rates do not include taxes.

However, in case there are additional taxes or service charges introduced by the State of Qatar, Qatar Accommodation Agency reserves the right to increase the prices accordingly. Please visit the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ accommodation sales terms and policy.

Can I book more than one property?

Yes. You can book up to nine rooms/ units under your profile. The nine rooms/ units can be in different properties.

How many people can stay in the room/ unit I have booked?

The maximum occupancy is clearly shown for each room/ unit type.

Do I have to book for a minimum number of nights?

There are minimum night booking requirements at different stages of the tournament, please refer to our sales terms and policy.

What is the child and infant policy?

Apartments and villas: Each unit must contain at least one person aged 18 years or older. One infant (guest under 3 years of age at the time of check-in) is free of charge. Additional infants will count towards occupancy.

Cruise ship hotels: Each cabin must contain at least one person aged 18 years or older. One infant (guest under 3 years of age at the time of check-in) is free of charge. Additional infants will be charged and will count towards room occupancy.

Fan villages: Each cabin must contain at least one person aged 18 years or older. One infant can be added but there may be an additional charge payable on arrival.

Hotels: Each room must contain at least one person aged 18 years or older. Hotels operate differing child and infant policies.

Is 'day use' accommodation possible?

It is not possible to book day-use accommodation. An overnight stay must be booked in line with our minimum night stay policy. Check-in and check-out times are specified per property. Please contact us if you have any queries.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Apartments and villas: Check-in: 3pm; check-out: 12pm

Cruise ship hotels: Check-in: 3pm; check-out: 11am

Fan Villages: Check-in: 4pm; check-out: 12pm

Is it possible to check-in earlier than the official check-in time?

To ensure you are guaranteed an early check-in, you will need to book the previous additional night i.e. if you are arriving at 9am on 20 November 2022, you will need to book the night of 19 November 2022 to ensure you can check-in to your room/cabin/apartment earlier than the stated check-in time. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Is it possible to check-out later than the official check-out time?

To guarantee a late check-out, you will need to book the previous additional night please book the night you are due to depart. i.e. if you wish to check-out at 8pm on 20 November 2022, you will need to book the night of 20 November 2022 to ensure you can check-out of your room/cabin/apartment later than the stated check-out time. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Can I make group bookings directly online?

Bookings of 10 rooms or more are regarded as a group booking. Please contact the Qatar Accommodation Agency sales team and we will be happy to assist.

Amendments & Cancellations

How do I look up an existing booking on the website?

Please login to your online account where you can view your existing bookings.

How do I update my details on the website?

Please login to your online account where you can manage your profile.

Can I amend my booking online?

Before arrival - Yes. You will be able to manage your booking and make changes from June 2022. Permissible changes include adding and reducing nights on an existing booking, amending reservation dates and room occupancy, and updating guest(s) information. All amendments are subject to availability and the conditions outlined in the sales terms and policy.

Post arrival - No. Once you are checked-in at your property you cannot amend your booking. If you need additional nights, you need to log in to the booking website and make a new purchase. Your booking confirmation/ e-voucher will be sent to you within 15 minutes. Please contact us, if you have any questions.

What is the Cancellation & Refund policy?

Can I change or extend my booking during my stay?

No, once you are checked-in at your property you cannot change your booking. If you need additional nights, you need to log-in to the booking website and make a new purchase. Your booking confirmation/ e-voucher will be immediately available. Please contact us, if you have any questions.

Is my booking protected against cancellation of the event due to COVID?

Please refer to our sales terms and policy for details on force majeure.

What is your 'no-show' policy?

No-shows are non-refundable.

Payments

How can I pay for my booking?

Payment can be made by a debit/ credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. FIFA World Cup™ prefers Visa.

I have an issue with my invoice for my accommodation booking. Who can help me?

Can I pay for someone else's accommodation booking or gift a stay?

Yes. You will need to enter the Ticket Application Number and Ticket Application Email of the person(s) that you are buying the accommodation for in order to validate the tickets, complete the booking process and pay for the accommodation.

Can I pay for my accommodation in USD or any other currency?

All online sales will be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR). An estimated value will be shown in US Dollars (USD) which is an indication based on the current exchange rate.

Is the information on the website accurate?

The information on the website is provided from various sources and accommodation providers. Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 (QAA) does not verify the data provided by the properties and our site contains a disclaimer in this regard. 

Whilst the accommodation providers make every effort to provide accurate information QAA accepts no responsibility for incorrect information and whilst no guarantee can be given, within reason QAA shall make every effort to resolve any complaints brought about by misleading data.

Are there any accommodation options near the metro stations/ stadiums?

After searching for your required rooms and dates, the results are shown on a map showing the locations of the properties and their proximity to public transport and stadiums.

What are cruise ship hotels?

The MSC World Europa and the MSC Poesia cruise ship hotels will be docked at Doha Port as additional accommodation product for fans to book. These two vessels will remain docked for the duration of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ for registered guests to move freely on and off just like a hotel.

Are the apartments and villas secure?

Qatar is regarded as a very safe country. All apartments and villas are accessible via a secure key similar to a hotel. Staff will be available on site 24/7 during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we do have accessible rooms. Anyone with accessible room requirements should contact the sales team and we can provide options for a suitable room and property. Please contact us.

Will more accommodation options become available?

Yes, properties and availability are continually being updated on the website.

Will I be made to share my apartment or villa with someone else?

Apartments and villas are booked on a unit basis and not as individual rooms. You will only share your apartment/ villa with the guests that you booked to stay with you in your unit.

Will the bathroom in my apartment or villa be shared?

Apartments and villas are booked on a unit basis so the only people that you will share a bathroom with are the people that you have booked to stay with you in your unit. The number of bathrooms per unit varies depending on the size of the apartment/ villa, which is clearly detailed in the property description at the time of booking.

Will the living room in my apartment or villa be shared?

Apartments and villas are booked on a unit basis so the only people you will share your living room with are the people you have booked to stay with you in your unit.

Am I allowed to choose whom I can share my apartment or villa with due to religion/ rival team etc.?

You will only share your apartment/ villa with the guests that you booked to stay with you in your unit.

Can I bring my pet along with me to the accommodation?

There is a “no animals/ pets” policy for apartments and villas, and cruise ship hotels. Recognised assistance dogs are allowed, and permission needs to be obtained at the time of booking. For more details, please contact us.

Are distances on the website accurate?

All distances on the website are direct point to point (straight line) calculations using GPS coordinates for property addresses, stadiums, metro stations and the airport. The information is provided as a guide and with best intentions on accuracy. We recommend all guests view the maps available on the website to make their own assessment of distances.

What is the process for hosting a fan?

Local residents who wish to host ticketed family and friends – but not attend matches – do not need to apply for Hayya. However, local residents planning to host ticketed family and friends should follow the below steps in order to provide a seamless experience for their guests:

Hosts should go to the Hayya Site and follow the steps below:

1)Select the ‘Accommodation’ tab and select "Host Family & Friends" from the drop down list.

2)Add Qatar ID details.

3)Add the property name, zone, street, building and unit.

4)Select whether you own or rent the property.

After a property has been added, the below information needs to be added:

1)Name of each guest

2)Each guest’s passport number

3)Each guest’s nationality

It typically takes between 3 to 7 working days for a confirmation and approval, so please check your inbox and junk folder regularly for relevant updates.

What is the process for staying with my friends or family?

Your host will need to register your accommodation within the Hayya portal. Currently up to 10 individuals can be invited as guests by a single host during the tournament.

Is parking available at my accommodation?

Apartments and villas: Most properties have free and dedicated parking in/ or around the building/ compound. This information can be found for each property on the website.

Cruise ship hotels: More information to follow.

Fan villages: There is complimentary parking on open land just outside of Fan Village Free Zone and Fan Village Zafaran. Rawdat Al Jahhaniya has limited parking.

Hotels: Many hotels do offer parking. Please check the individual property information on our website.

Is there 24/7 reception service available at my accommodation?

Apartments and villas: Reception will be available 24/7 days on-property or nearby.

Cruise ship hotels: Yes there is a 24/7 reception.

Apartments and villas include fully equipped kitchen facilities. Room service is not available however, you may arrange for food delivery services.

Are there any laundry services available?

Apartments and villas: Include a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

Fan Villages: Laundry services will be available on site at additional charges.

Are there any vending machines, money Exchange, ATM at the property?

How often will my room/ accommodation be cleaned?

Apartments and villas: Your apartment/ villa will be serviced every 3 days.

Cruise ship hotels: Rooms will be cleaned before your check-in and at least twice a week during the guests stay, additional cleaning may be provided upon request.

Fan villages: Cabins will be cleaned twice a week during the guests stay. Additional cleaning is available upon request and chargeable at 30USD per cabin per night.

Hotels: Each hotel has their own housekeeping policy. Kindly refer to the hotel's website directly for latest information.

Am I allowed to smoke in my accommodation?

Apartments and villas: A strict no smoking policy is maintained within all apartments and villas.

Cruise ship hotels: Smoking inside the cabins is not allowed. Smoking will only be allowed in designated smoking areas.

Fan villages: Smoking inside the cabins is not allowed.

Hotels: Please refer to the individual property page for details of designated smoking areas.

Am I allowed to cook in my accommodation?

Apartments and villas: All have a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and a hob to facilitate your self-catering needs. Guests are not permitted to bring items with heating elements or open flames.

Cruise ship hotels: No. Guests are not permitted to bring items with heating elements or open flames on board.

Fan villages: No. Guests are not permitted to bring items with heating elements or open flames in to the village.

Is there any crockery/ cutlery provided at the apartments and villas?

Yes apartments and villas include fully furnished kitchens.

Do the properties have staff members who speak English?

All properties have members of staff who are English-speaking. Should you require assistance please contact us in advance, prior to your arrival.

Do you provide transportation?

No, Qatar Accommodation Agency 2022 does not provide/ arrange transportation. Please visit Transport in Qatar for further information and options.

Do all of the apartments and villas have air-conditioning?

Yes, all our apartments and villas have air-conditioning which provide cooling only.

Do you provide any towels or bed linen at the apartments and villas?

Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in apartments and villas. Housekeeping services will be provided every 3 days.

Where can I find more information about transportation?

Transportation options, including clean energy buses, the metro, bicycles and e-scooters. Learn more about using transport around Qatar.

What are the options for luggage storage at my accommodation?

Apartments & villas: Luggage storage will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week on-property or nearby for arriving and departing guests only. Overnight luggage storage is not available.

Cruise Ship Hotels: You can drop your bag at the Luggage drop-off area prior to check-in only. Upon your return you will have to conduct the full check-in process. Apart from this service, there is no luggage storage/ hold facilities at the port.

Hotels and holiday homes: Please consult with the reception desk/ concierge with regards to any luggage storage requests.

Fan village cabins: Luggage storage is limited and available at the front desk on a first come first serve basis. This service is limited to 4 hours before check-in for 4 hours after check-out.

Fan village Al Khor: Luggage storage is available. Please consult with reception/ front desk upon arrival for further information.

What is included in the room rate at the Cruise Ship Hotel?

You room rate will include your cabin, meals (depending on your package reserved) and entertainment at the cruise ship hotel. With regards to the meals, please refer to the board basis your room was reserved under (e.g. bed & breakfast or full board)

What are the meal timings on board the cruise ship hotels and what is the selection available?

Breakfast (06:00 – 10:00)

American Breakfast, various cold cuts, cheese, dairy products, breads, bread rolls, danish pastries, cakes, international cuisine options, fruits, tea, coffee, juices, hot water.

Lunch (12:30 - 17:30)

Various appetizers such as cold cuts, cheese, grilled vegetables, various salads, dressings, salad condiments, meat dishes, side dishes, vegetarian dishes and desserts.

Tea time

Various cakes, tarts, desserts and cookies offered, hot water, coffee, warm snacks such as pizza, burgers, fries, selection of salads with condiments and dressing.

Dinner (19:30 - 24:00)

What is included in the Full Board package?

The following meals in the participating restaurants are included. Bars, specialty restaurants, room service and the mini-bar in your cabin are not included:

American breakfast, various cold cuts, cheese, dairy products, breads, bread rolls, danish pastries, cakes, international cruisine options, fruits, tea, coffee, juices, hot water.

Buffet restaurant offering all day menu: snacks such as pizza, burgers and hot dogs.

Late night snacks will be available with reduced offerings (pizza and hot sandwich bar, variety of salads and desserts). A variety of beverages served by the glass in the main restaurant during lunch and dinner hours and in the buffet area during assigned lunch and dinner hours only: white, red, rose and sparkling wines, draught beer, mineral water, fountain soda, fruit juices. MSC reserves the right to limit the offering of alcoholic beverages to safeguard health and safety on board.

Are drinks included in the Full Board package?

In addition to the full board inclusions, guests with a yacht club reservation have access to the exclusive pool area and restaurants:

  • Breakfast/lunch/dinner will be served in the dedicated Yacht Club Restaurant.
  • Access to Pool Grill in the dedicated yacht club pool area with a variety of special dishes, snacks during daytime, and a reduced variety of breakfast options, dependent on weather condition (as this is an outdoor area).

In addition, the following options are included for guests staying in yacht club rooms when visiting the Yacht Club Restaurant, Top Sail Lounge (Yacht Club Bar) and Yacht Club Pool Grill:

  • Hot drinks (coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino etc.).

What are the entertainment options on the Cruise Ship Hotels?

MSC Poesia: 7 different production shows, with 2 performances a day of the same show. 4 Hours of live music per day in various outlets divided in 1 quintet, one quartet, 1 trio, 2 duos, 2 singles. Kids Club will operate between 09:00 to 23:00, and Teens Club from 16:00 to 01:00.

MSC World Europa: 7 different production shows, with 3 performances a day of the same show. 30 musicians performing 4 hours of live music in various outlets. Shows in the Europa Theatre. Kids Club will operate between 09:00 to 23:00, and Teens Club from 16:00 to 01:00.

On both cruise ship hotels:

What are the restrictions regarding items allowed in my luggage?

Due to in-cabin storage limitations, it is advisable to limit your luggage to one piece per guest. Soft material luggage makes better use of space than hard shell.

Maximum baggage allowance is 100 kg and 8 pieces among all Guests in the same cabin.

Prams and wheelchairs are always allowed but must be kept in cabins and must not block any exits when in use around the Vessel.

All luggage is to be kept in the cabin, keeping all exits free of any obstacles.

Things NOT to pack (all forbidden on board): Own alcohol and food & beverages, firearms, sharp objects such as blades and scissors, flammable and explosive material, drones, items with heating elements or open flames, such as clothing irons, kettles, candles, incense sticks.

Things you can leave at home: Pool towels or hairdryers (you’ll find these in your cabin)

Things to keep in your hand luggage: travel documents, money, jewellery, electronic devices, medicines, nappies, and any other valuables or items you may need at short notice.

What is the check-in process?

Before you travel

  • Please ensure that you send the required passport details for all guests travelling in your party, so that we can send your e-ticket and bag tag.
  • Check the luggage limitations and list of prohibited items to ensure your bags are packed accordingly.
  • Make sure your bag tags are printed before you travel.
  • It is advised to have the health declaration forms for all guests filled out shortly prior to departure.

Arriving at the Grand Terminal

  • The check-in will be open 24 hours. Embarkation and cabin access is not guaranteed before 3pm.
  • Have your accommodation voucher, e-ticket and ID for all guests handy and ready for inspection.
  • Make sure your bag tags are now attached to your bags.
  • Follow the signs to your cruise ship hotel bag drop.

Bag Drop

  • You may now drop your bags at the designated area. After inspection, your bags will be delivered to your cabin.
  • You may now proceed to check-in.

Check-in

  • Travel IDs of all guests and accommodation voucher will be checked.
  • During check-in, a photograph of each guest will be taken.
  • A Cruise Card (also known as Key Card) will be issued for each guest. The Cruise Card is used to enter the terminal, board the ship, open the cabin and optionally to make purchases onboard. To activate the purchase functionality, the guest has the option to register a credit card either at the time of check-in or onboard. They also have the option to make a cash payment, but onboard only.
  • You are now ready to board!
How long will it take for my bags to be sent to my cabin?

Luggage may take up to 2 hours to reach the cabin upon arrival.

Can I check-in my bags and board the ship later?

Yes, If you have a valid booking for that day and a tag with the cabin number, you can drop your bag at the luggage drop-off and return later to complete the check-in. It is advisable to provide a contact phone number at the point of bag drop so that security can contact you in case there is any issue during the inspection process.

Are there any luggage storage facilities at the Port?

Yes but only on your check-in day. Upon arriving at the grand terminal drop your luggage at the designated area. It will be screened and when authorized, it will be delivered to the crew to be placed inside the cabin. For departure there is no luggage storage service.

Can I access the port by Taxi/ Careem/ Uber?

Taxis, Uber and Careem will be allowed to access The Grand Terminal area. There will be a section dedicated for them on the road in front of The Grand Terminal.

Will any kind of ground transportation be provided?

There will be shuttle services to the Airports (Hamad International Airport and Doha International Airport) and to the Al-Ghanim transport hub from where guests will be able to connect with other shuttle services, metro service, taxis and Uber. What is the process for receiving packages if I'm staying at a Cruise Ship Hotel?

Package deliveries are not allowed on board the ship and won't be accepted on behalf of the guests. Please co-ordinate with the person delivering your package to meet you at The Grand Terminal.

Can I order food or bring in food from outside the Cruise Ship Hotels?

Food and beverage from outside the cruise ship hotels are not allowed on board.

What childcare facilities will be offered?

The following facilities are available:

  • Kids Club operating hours: 9:00-23:00.
  • Teens Club operating hours: 16:00-1:00.
  • Children ages 0 to 2 are required to have a legal guardian present in the Baby Club.
  • MSC Cruise youth staff will supervise children ages 3 to 11. The presence of a legal guardian is not required.
  • Teenagers ages 12 to 17 will have entertainment activities dedicated to them and youth staff always available. The presence of a legal guardian is not required.
  • All children's entertainment activities run by youth staff and access to children's areas are free of charge.
  • A daily program with all children's and teen activities will be printed daily and posted in the cabins with children/teens (it will also be available at guest services and in the kids areas).
  • All children's areas with youth staff will remain open during football matches (until 15 minutes after games end).
  • No in-cabin babysitting is offered, only group babysitting in the kids areas.
  • Parents/legal guardians of children can exit the ship and leave their children at the Kids Club during opening hours.
  • Opening times of kids/teens areas may be subject to change and may be adjusted around guests needs.
  • For safety and child protection reasons, adults are not allowed inside the kids areas during activities with youth staff.
What is the check-out process?

For your convenience check-out should be arranged via on-board reception so that your luggage can be taken to baggage claim at the terminal. Should you prefer to carry your luggage while disembarking, this is also allowed.

In detail:

  • Disembarkation luggage tags can be obtained from the crew. Guests can leave their luggage outside the cabins prior to disembarkation, between midnight and 02:00am, fully tagged if they don't want to carry them on their way out of the ship. The luggage can then be collected at the baggage claim area inside The Grand Terminal.
  • Guests can leave the ship without doing any special check-out procedure, unless they dispute some of the expenses, or if they made a cash deposit at the check-in and have a positive balance.
  • Physical disembarkation time is by 11am.

Hayya Card

What is a Hayya Card?

A Hayya Card is your entry to the State of Qatar (for international fans). It also provides entry to stadiums along with a valid match ticket, and access to public transport on match days.

Is applying for a Hayya Card mandatory?

Yes. All fans who wish to attend FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ matches must apply for a Hayya Card.

Do I need a Hayya Card to purchase tickets and/ or accommodation?

No, you do not need a Hayya Card to buy a match ticket or book accommodation. However, in order to book accommodation you will need your Ticket Application Number and Ticket Application Email to confirm your accommodation booking.

Do I need to have confirmed accommodation in order to apply for a Hayya Card?

No, you can begin your Hayya Card application without having booked accommodation. If you are an international fan, your Hayya Card application will only be complete once your accommodation is validated through the Hayya portal.
